college, Lake Superior community and technical college, Metropolitan state
university, Minnesota west community and technical college, North Hennepin
community college, Northeast higher education district, Mesabi range community
and technical college at Eveleth, St. Cloud technical college and Southwest
Minnesota state university and for systemwide classroom renovation and debt
