1E Modifying the division of cost requirements under medical assistance (MA) for
certain longer term placements in intermediate care facilities for persons with
mental retardation or related conditions; requiring the commissioner of human
services to consult with ICF/MR providers, advocates, counties and consumer
families to develop recommendations and legislation relating to future ICF/MR
services and report to the legislature by a certain date, specifying certain
factors to be considered by the commissioner in preparing the
recommendations
