Specifying police state aid program and
police relief association financial reporting and statement
requirements

ARTICLE 2 - VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER RELIEF ASSOCIATION FUNDING
REQUIREMENT DETERMINATION CERTIFICATIONS

Requiring financial requirements
certification to be made to the entity responsible for satisfying the minimum
obligation with respect to the relief association special fund and requiring
joint powers entities to make certification as specified in the joint powers
agreement
