provisions; allowing the local police and paid fire relief association governing
board to certify general fund assets of the association for the state board of
investment to invest and requiring use of state board formula; removing certain
local police and paid fire relief association special fund and teacher
investment options; modifying the public pension fiduciary responsibility
authorized investment securities limited list and the expanded list of
authorized investment securities, requiring liquidation of prior investment
assets not authorized under the new provisions
