Relating to taxation; establishing a targeted agricultural land property tax
credit; specifying eligibility and credit amount; authorizing the county auditor
to determine certain tax reductions within the county for each taxes payable
year and certify that amount with the commissioner of revenue; requiring the
commissioner of revenue to reimburse each local taxing jurisdiction other than
school districts, for the property tax credit and certify the total tax
reductions; appropriating money to the commissioner of revenue for taxing
jurisdiction reimbursement purposes
