Modifying certain provisions regulating the dispensing of hearing instruments;
requiring dispensers to provide copies of audiograms on request of the client;
extending the mandatory money back guarantee period; limiting the cancellation
fee; requiring dispensers to return original hearing aids upon cancellation of
the purchase agreement and the return of the new hearing aid to the dispenser in
cases of buyer trade-ins
