reducing the time period for renewal of eligibility; removing dental +and vision
coverage for children enrolled in the original children's health plan+ or living
in certain families in poverty from the requirement for other health +coverage
to lack certain coverage for MinnesotaCare eligibility purposes; +requiring
applicants or enrollees to authorize the commissioner of human +services to use
the revenue recapture act to collect program premiums from tax +refunds and to
apply for the state working family income tax credit on behalf of the+ applicant
or enrollee, failure to provide authorization to be grounds for +program
