enrichment partnership program for community involvement purposes and providing
for the establishment of academic booster clubs and for grants under the
program, match requirement and limits; requiring funds to be used for
instructional academic materials to support student learning and participation
in the academic league; expanding the measures of success; appropriating money
for the program, requiring a certain amount to be used by the Minnesota academic
excellence foundation to provide technical assistance and materials to school
districts participating in the program (rla)
