2E Relating to state government; providing for deficiency funding for certain
state and regional agencies; providing a summary of appropriations;
appropriating money to the tax court, the board on judicial standards, the board
of public defense, the commissioner of public safety for a match for Federal
Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) money received for natural disaster
assistance payments and for parenting time centers, the ombudsman for mental
health and developmental disabilities, the commissioner of transportation (DOT)
and the metropolitan council for certain deficiencies, the campaign finance and
public disclosure board and the commissioner of finance for the fourth judicial
district; requiring review of certain proposed metropolitan council procurements
by the legislative advisory commission and certain legislators
