1E Requiring applicants for health care benefits under medical assistance (MA),
general assistance medical care (GAMC) or MinnesotaCare to identify the employer
or employers of the applicant or of an adult responsible for providing health
care support to the applicant for health care cost containment purposes;
requiring the commissioner of human services to annually transmit to the
legislature reports identifying the employers employing a certain number of
public assistance health program recipients, specifying certain report content
requirements and requiring availability on the department web site
