school districts 829, Waseca and 2835, Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton to design
and implement a comprehensive study of the Lake Elysian ecosystem; requiring the
study to be a cooperative effort involving the students, employees of the
department of natural resources (DNR), students from Mankato state university
and members of the Lake Elysian watershed district; appropriating money to the
commissioner of children, families and learning for the grant and requiring a
cooperative report to the commissioner on the program (ra)
