Requiring the commissioner of public safety to review information on individuals
possessing a license to take game by firearms and to annually forward the names
of individuals identified as ineligible to the commissioner of natural resources
(DNR), the superintendent of the bureau of criminal apprehension (BCA), the
state court administrator, the commissioner of corrections, the chief law
enforcement officer of the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the
residence area of the individual and correctional agents or law enforcement
officers with outstanding warrants for the individual
