Authorizing and providing for the hunting of farmed cervidae on licensed
shooting preserves; specifying license application requirements and fees;
prohibiting the operation of cervidae shooting preserves without a license,
providing for issuance by the commissioner of agriculture in consultation with
the commissioner of natural resources (DNR); specifying certain preserve
location, size, boundaries posting and fencing requirements, requiring site
inspection before license issuance, authorizing inspection waiver and the
adoption of rules; authorizing the commissioner of agriculture to revoke
shooting preserve licenses under certain conditions; prescribing the open
hunting season, exempting the preserves from hunting license requirements;
authorizing licensees to establish certain restrictions; specifying certain
cervidae identification and marking and shooting preserve recordkeeping
