1E Modifying rental automobile insurance coverage by requiring extending the
basic economic loss benefits, residual liability insurance and uninsured and
underinsured motorist (driver) coverages, specifying additional liability
insurance purchase as optional, clarifying rental rented automobile owner
obligation; modifying a certain no-fault automobile insurance rental motor
vehicle owners coverage requirement relating to vehicles loaned for vehicles
being serviced or repaired, eliminating the requirement for the service or
repair business to own the vehicle
