of Minnesota to spend state appropriated funds on stem cell research; permitting
research involving the derivation and use of human embryonic stem or germ cells
and human adult stem cells, requiring review of the research by an approved
institutional review board; requiring physicians, surgeons or other health care
providers treating patients for infertility to provide patients with information
to allow patients to make informed and voluntary choices relating to the
disposition of human embryos remaining following fertility treatment, specifying
