Appropriating money to the board of regents of the university of +Minnesota and
authorizing the issuance of state bonds to construct a research +laboratory and
office space at the northwest research and outreach center at +Crookston, an
addition to the aspen/larch genetics laboratory and a building to +accommodate
the farm machinery repair, maintenance and carpentry shops and to +acquire land
for development of test planting sites for fast growing trees +research purposes
at the north central ROC at Grand Rapids and to construct an addition+ to the
administration building at the southern ROC at Waseca (ja)
