Regulating the use of certain wage and employment data under the +unemployment
insurance program; authorizing dissemination of certain wage detail +data to out
of state agencies designated as performance accountability and +consumer
information agencies to carry out the requirements of the federal +workforce
investment act of 1998 without the consent of the subjects of the +data;
authorizing the commissioner of economic security to enter into data +exchange
agreements with employment and training service providers under the +state
dislocated worker program or the workforce investment act for the +furnishing of
certain wage and employment data on individuals receiving employment +and
training services without consent of the data subjects to evaluate +the services
