human services for full and final payment of an injury claim by an inmate at the
St. Peter regional treatment center, to the commissioner of natural resources
for full and final payment of certain claims for crop losses, for enforcement of
invalid rules, for reduced value of property subject to an unrecorded easement,
for certain abandoned project costs and for certain Waseca county road damage,
to the public employees retirement association (PERA) for full and final payment
of a certain claim relating to reduced pension benefits, to the commissioner of
revenue for full and final payment of a certain claim for sales and use tax
overpayment and to the commissioner of transportation (DOT) for full and final
payment of a certain car damage claim; authorizing Murray county to reimburse a
certain person for overpaid property taxes; designating Willis Lake in Waseca
county as a wildlife management lake to be managed by the DNR(ra, ja)
