treatment services program by requiring the program to find and maintain
competitive employment and encouraging counties to fund evidence-based
practices; modifying department of employment and economic development (DEED)
employment support services for persons with mental illness requirements;
appropriating money to DEED for grants to programs providing employment support
services to persons with mental illness and requiring a certain percent to be
used for the evidence-based practice of individual placement and
supports
