access and for parks and trails; creating a heritage +enhancement fund to be
used as a supplement to traditional funding for natural +resources purposes,
requiring land acquired with money deposited in the fund to+ be open to public
hunting and fishing during the open season ARTICLE 2 - CONFORMING
CHANGESEstablishing the heritage enhancement fund and council, specifying
+council membership requirements and duties and providing for council
