employees purchasing hospital, medical or dental insurance coverage +from state
plans to pay for the coverage by automatic withdrawal of funds from +financial
institutions designated by the employees and the Minnesota state +retirement
system board of directors to allow persons receiving insurance +benefits to
request deduction of the costs from retirement benefits, requiring +the MSRS
executive director to send deducted amounts to the commissioner of +employee
