governor and transferring certain duties relating to physical therapy from the
state board of medical practice to the board; specifying membership requirements
and duties, regulating the disclosure of communications or information received
by the board; eliminating the physical therapy council; requiring and providing
for the licensing of physical therapists by the board, specifying certain
qualification, application and fee requirements; granting the board certain
rulemaking authority; requiring persons from other states wishing to practice
physical therapy in the state to submit certain malpractice information;
eliminating the registration requirement for physical therapists and clarifying
certain regulation provisions (mk, ja)
