2E Requiring the revisor of statutes to change the terminology for mentally
retarded, mental retardation, physically handicapped and related terms in the
statutes; requiring the governor's council on developmental disabilities in
consultation with the departments of administration and of human services to
review Minnesota rules and provide to the revisor a list of rules containing
outdated language and the appropriate terminology changes; requiring state
agencies to use the terminology changes in newly printed or replaced printed
material and signage
