Clarifying the requirement for minor parents to reside with an adult or in an
adult supervised supportive living arrangement to be eligible for assistance
under the Minnesota family investment program-statewide; appropriating money to
the commissioner of human services to create and expand adult supervised
supportive living arrangements, requiring the commissioner to request proposals
from interested parties with knowledge and experience in the area of adolescent
housing and award grants for the living arrangements, specifying a housing
priority for minor parent MFIP-S participants (rla)
