Eliminating the repeal of a portion of the sales tax on alcoholic beverages;
requiring a certain percentage of the revenues derived from the sales tax on
alcoholic beverages to be deposited in the general fund and credited to the
counties chemical dependency costs account, requiring use of county allocations
for chemical dependency treatment programs and for expenses relating to problems
caused by excessive consumption of alcohol or other drugs
