of all employees to be paid sick leave; providing for the use of paid sick
leave; prohibiting an employer from retaliating or discriminating against an
employee utilizing sick leave benefits; requiring employers to give employees a
notice of entitled sick leave benefits; requiring the commissioner of labor and
industry to issue regulations for implementing provisions and ensuring
compliance; providing for enforcement of provisions; providing for
confidentiality and nondisclosure of certain information; providing for
encouragement of more generous leave policies; severability clause
