a fee to hunters with permanent or temporary physical disabilities for the use
of all-terrain vehicles (ATV) or snowmobiles for transportation to and from deer
hunting locations, specifying certain application and qualification
requirements, requiring use of the permit with a valid deer hunting license;
specifying the validity of and placing certain restrictions on hunters
possessing the permits; imposing penalties for false application and for
physicians or chiropractors fraudulently certifying disabilities (ja)
