E Authorizing the commissioners of administration, transportation (DOT), natural
resources (DNR) and the pollution control agency (PCA) to by agreement allow
commercial wireless service providers to install privately owned equipment on
state owned land, buildings and other structures under respective jurisdictions
of the commissioners; requiring the charging of a site use fee or an agreement
with the providers to place state equipment on privately owned towers and
acceptance of improvements to state owned public communications system
facilities or real or personal property or services provided by a commercial
provider; exempting the agreements from certain conditions for the rental of
state property; requiring deposit of fees collected in the general fund (ra, ja)
