E Appropriating money to the board of animal health for continued efforts to
control pseudorabies in swine; requiring and providing for board reimbursement
to veterinarians for pseudorabies vaccine purchased after a certain date and
administered to swine on premises located within a certain distance of
pseudorabies quarantined premises or in other areas necessary to control the
spread of the disease; requiring a board report to the legislature by a certain
date on the reasons for the spread of pseudorabies with recommendations for
control and certain statistics on the number of swine operations eligible for
the vaccine failing to vaccinate; appropriating money to the university of
Minnesota for the center for farm financial management for certain assistance to
farmers, requiring coordination of the assistance through the Minnesota state
