Technology, Inc. to provide assistance to certain qualified manufacturing
companies in implementing technology and business improvements and in
controlling standard market pricing for technology and business improvements;
specifying certain assistance application requirements; requiring Minnesota
Technology to establish procedures for awarding the funds, specifying a funding
limit and certain required and prohibited uses of the funds; requiring the
corporation to enter into service agreements with companies awarded funds under
the program, specifying certain agreement content requirements; requiring
