E Relating to natural and cultural resources ARTICLE 1 � CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENTProposing an amendment to the Minnesota constitution, article XI to
+dedicate a portion of state sales and use tax receipts for natural and cultural
+resource purposes; dividing the portion to be dedicated among the heritage
+enhancement, parks and trails, clean water and the arts, humanities, museum and
+public broadcasting funds; specifying certain authorized uses of the arts,
+humanities, museum and public broadcasting fund; money to be dedicated to
certain+ natural resource purposes and to history to be used as a supplement to
+traditional funding; requiring land acquired by fee with money in the heritage
+enhancement fund be open to public fishing and hunting during open seasons
