jobs and the purposes of certain business loan programs to job +enhancement,
defining job enhancement; increasing the limit on Minnesota +investment fund
grants and providing for determination of same projects by the +commissioner of
DTED for grant limit purposes; creating a Minnesota investment +revolving loan
account and requiring grant money repaid to the state to be credited +to the
account in lieu of the general fund; appropriating money in the +account to the
commissioner, requiring use in the same manner as funds from the +investment
fund; authorizing and providing for the commissioner to delay or +forgive loan
payments under certain financial difficulty conditions; appropriating+ money to
the commissioner for the Minnesota investment fund (ra, ja)
