colorectal cancer screening demonstration project to provide screening to
uninsured and underinsured women and men; specifying certain medical assistance
(MA) eligibility requirements for the treatment for colorectal cancer; requiring
the commissioner of health to provide grants to the Hennepin county medical
center and MeritCare Bemidji for a colorectal screening demonstration project;
specifying certain services and applicant eligibility requirements; requiring
the commissioner of health in consultation with the university of Minnesota
school of public health to evaluate the demonstration project and make certain
