eliminating the age restriction; eliminating the requirement for +county
agencies to count certain rental subsidies as unearned income for +Minnesota
family investment program (MFIP) eligibility determination purposes; +granting
temporary hardship extensions to certain participants following the +work search
and other requirements in the participant plan, eliminating the +expiration of
the hardship extension for certain employed participants and +modifying
eligibility requirements for certain participants receiving TANF +(temporary
assistance for needy families) benefits counting toward the federal + month
time limit for a hardship extension; modifying the sanctions for +noncompliance
with certain employment and training service requirements and +repealing a
certain provision declaring the ineligibility of certain chemically +dependent
persons and legal noncitizens for certain state funded programs (mk, ja)
