E Relating to psychology; clarifying the definition of practice of psychology;
authorizing and providing for emeritus registration with +the board of
psychology by certain licensed retired psychologists or +psychological
practitioners, fee; providing for the status of registrants, +prohibiting
engaging in the practice of psychology; requiring relicensure for +change to
active status; providing for documentation of emeritus status and for
registrants representation to the public; exempting registrants from +continuing
education requirements and from license renewal or special fees;authorizing
supervision of the practice of psychology by interactive +visual electronic
communication; authorizing the board to require regulated+ persons
demonstrating an inability to practice psychology with reasonable +skill and
safety to clients due to a mental or physical illness or condition to+ submit to
an independent mental, physical or chemical dependency examination or
evaluation, consent assumption provision; failure to submit to an +examination
or evaluation without just cause as determined by the board to +authorize the
board to consider the allegations as true for discipline purposes, +specifying
certain authorized forms of disciplinary action; persons affected to +be
periodically given the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to +resume
competent practice; prohibiting the use of records of the proceedings+ or board
orders in legal proceedings, classifying the examination or +evaluation data
