coverage under the public employees police and fire fund by certain retirees
previously electing benefit coverage under the local relief association benefit
plan in effect on the effective date on consolidation of the local association
with the public employees retirement association, requiring the filing of a
completed election form with the executive director of PERA before a certain
date; providing for the transfer of assets from the appropriate individual local
relief association accounts to the Minnesota postretirement investment fund(ra)
