schools education association (SRSEA), the Minnesota state university
association of administrative and service faculty (MSUAAF), the +interfaculty
organization (IFO), the Minnesota state college faculty and the +Minnesota law
enforcement association (MLEA), the amendments to the commissioner of+ employee
relations (DOER) plan for unrepresented employees, the amendments to +the
managerial plan, the personnel plan for Minnesota state college and +university
(MnSCU) administrators, the amendments to the higher education +services office
(HESO) unclassified plan, the proposals to increase the salaries of +the
executive director of the state board of investment (SBI), the +executive
directors of the teachers retirement association (TRA), the Minnesota+ state
