assistance (MA) eligible nursing facilities to provide additional special needs
services and allowing negotiation for adjustment to the operating cost payment
rate; modifying the nursing facility short stay reimbursement rate; increasing
nursing facility operating payment rates under the alternative payment
demonstration project; modifying case mix indices for nursing facility
reimbursement under medical assistance; specifying new nursing facility rebase
rates and an additional nursing facility quality add on percent
