1E Authorizing secondary students to possess and use nonprescription pain
relief; requiring annual written authorization from the parent or guardian of
the student permitting the student to self administer the medication;
authorizing school district revocation of the privilege to possess and use
nonprescription pain relievers upon determination of student abuse of the
privilege; excluding from the privilege drugs or products containing ephedrine
or pseudoephedrine as an active ingredient
