maintain a cancer drug repository program authorizing persons to donate cancer
drugs or supplies for use by individuals meeting certain eligibility criteria;
specifying requirements for participation by pharmacies or medical facilities,
participation to be voluntary and authorizing limited participation; specifying
individual eligibility requirements, residents diagnosed with cancer to be
eligible; providing for the donation of certain eligible drugs or supplies to
the cancer drug repositories, specifying certain donation form and storage
requirements; specifying certain requirements for dispensing the drugs and
supplies, requiring the signing of a recipient form; authorizing repositories to
charge recipients a handling fee, limit; authorizing repository distribution of
donated drugs and supplies to other repositories upon request; prohibiting the
resale of donated drugs or supplies; specifying certain recordkeeping
requirements; civil liability immunity provision
