nursing; defining advanced practice registered nurse and certain other nursing
terms, expanding the definition of nurse to include advanced practice registered
nurse; providing for the identification of certified and advanced practice
registered nurses (RN), specifying certain identification designations;
clarifying requirements for the prescription and administration of drugs and
therapeutic devices and eliminating certain rulemaking requirements of the
board; requiring advanced practice registered nurses applying to the federal
drug enforcement administration (DEA) for a registration number to submit
certain proof and a processing fee to board; specifying certain grounds for
disciplinary action and certain prohibited practices; specifying certification
requirements; expanding psychiatric nursing certification recognition;
