Prohibiting ethanol producer payments to urban ethanol plants after a+ certain
date, defining urban ethanol plant; requiring the commissioner of +agriculture
to identify an urban ethanol plant in the metropolitan area eligible +after the
payments termination date for the payments for relocation assistance +purposes
and requiring commissioner reimbursement for direct costs incurred +by the
owner of the plant for relocation to a geographic site outside the +metropolitan
area; requiring the owner of the relocated plant to assure employees +of the
opportunity to continue as employees after relocation to the new site(ra)
