utilities and to the Lincoln Pipestone and Rock county rural water systems to
acquire land, design, construct, furnish and equip water transmission and
storage facilities to accommodate the connection with the Lewis and Clark rural
water system serving southwestern Minnesota, requiring projects to be approved
by the Lewis and Clark joint powers board; match requirement
