1E Requiring the commissioner of health to develop a statewide integrated and
comprehensive cervical cancer prevention plan, specifying certain plan content
requirements; requiring the commissioner to identify and examine limits and
barriers in providing cervical cancer screening, diagnostic tools and treatment;
authorizing the commissioner to work with a nonprofit quality improvement
organization to identify evidence based guidelines for cervical cancer screening
and methods to improve the cervical cancer screening rates among medical groups;
authorizing the commissioner to convene an advisory committee, specifying
certain membership representation requirements; requiring a commissioner report
to the legislature by a certain date, specifying certain report content
requirements
