Designating a certain portion of trunk highway #371 from the intersection with
U.S. highway #10 near the city of Little Falls to the intersection with U.S.
highway #2 in the city of Cass Lake as the purple heart memorial highway and
modifying the definition of the Paul Bunyan expressway accordingly; requiring
the commissioner of transportation (DOT) to adopt a suitable marking design and
to erect appropriate signs
