Establishing the
Minnesota health plan to guarantee that all medically necessary health care
services is available and affordable for every Minnesotan; establishing the
Minnesota health board, Minnesota health fund, office of health quality and
planning, ombudsman for patient advocacy, and inspector general for the
Minnesota health plan; defining terms; specifying certain policies and
rulemaking procedures

general for health care fraud and abuse for the Minnesota health plan;
