minimum wage increase continued beyond 2016, working family credit increased to
match level of the federal earned income tax credit, child care assistance
provided to low-income workers, Minnesota emergency employment development
program reestablished, welfare costs to taxpayers reduced, rulemaking
authorized, and money appropriated.
