FIRST ENGROSSMENT

Impaired driving civil sanction pretrial
application eliminated, postconviction driver's license revocation periods
restructured, payable fine authorized for misdemeanor impaired driving offenses,
abstinence and rehabilitation requirements established for multiple repeat
offenders, and breath testing replacement devices provided.

Pretrial sanctions for impaired driving repealed.

all-terrain vehicle operation prohibited by persons under the influence of
