Brewers manufacturing beer on the premises authorized
to use wort produced outside of Minnesota, uniform off-sale hours provided
statewide, Sunday on-sales regulated, and specified municipal licenses
authorized.

Sec. 2: Guthrie Theater concessionaire
on-sale liquor license issuance authorized.
Sec. 3: 3.2 percent malt liquor
provided after 10:00 AM on Sunday.
Sec. 4: Intoxicating liquor sale provided
after 10:00 AM on Sunday.
Sec. 5: Off-sale regulations modified.
Sec. 6: Anoka
Main Street Stage Theatre liquor license expanded.
Sec. 7: Elko speedway
on-sale license modified.
Sec. 8-12: Caledonia, Duluth, Eden Prairie, Mankato,
and Mille Lacs County liquor licenses authorized.
Sec. 13: Effective
date.
