FOURTH ENGROSSMENT

Omnibus bonding bill authorizing spending to
acquire and better public lands and buildings, issuing bonds, and appropriating
money.

Section 1. Capital improvement appropriations - a list of the state
agencies/officers that shall be receiving appropriations and the sum of these
appropriations is provided.

Section 2: University of Minnesota language is
provided.

Subdivision 1. Total Appropriation language is provided. The Board
of Regents shall receive an amount of $136,166,000 for the purposes specified in
this section.

Subdivision 2. Higher Education Asset Preservation and
Replacement (HEAPR) is appropriated $ 35,000,000.

Subdivision 3. Twin Cities
Campus
a. Science Teaching and Student Services is appropriated $48,333,000 to
demolish the existing science classroom building and to construct a new
building.
b. Bell Museum of Natural History is appropriated $24,000,000 to
construct a new museum on the St. Paul campus.

Subdivision 4. Duluth Campus -
Civil Engineering Addition, $10,000,000 is appropriated to construct an addition
to Voss-Kovach Hall.

Subdivision 5. Morris Campus - Community Services
Building Renovation, $5,000,000 is appropriated to renovate the building to
serve as the campus gateway center.

Subdivision 6. Research and Outreach
Centers - $3,500,00 is appropriated.

Center, Crookston - to construct a new maintenance and farm support
facility.
